A Handkerchief That Adds Elegance to Space

This is a handkerchief made from woven sesame fabric, where vertical threads are woven and horizontal threads are sesame threads. Using spicy colors and ink colors as the base, delicate small round flowers quietly add elegance.

Because it contains sesame, it has good breathability and absorbency, making it comfortable even in sweaty seasons and summer places. It is easy to dry and can be used without stress even after washing, which is a delightful point.

With its crisp texture, it can be used as a handkerchief or cloth substitute, a table center or runner for interiors, a stole or neckerchief for accents, and for small wrapping or gift wrapping.
It is a piece that vividly livens up even the most ordinary daily scenes.
The Craftsmanship "Dyeing" Passed Down from the Meiji Era

Kamawanu’s handkerchiefs have been made using Japan's unique dyeing technique called "Chusen" (tie-dye) continuously since the Meiji era. By placing the resist paste and then dyeing all at once, it is characterized by being reversible and usable without distinction between front and back.

Due to the production process centered on handcrafting, subtle “playfulness” is born in colors and patterns, and the more you use it, the more the texture changes. Each piece holds a unique expression and grows into a mutually complementary existence that never becomes monotonous.
