About member registration
About account registration
On this site, you can create an account for convenient use such as confirming your order history and saving delivery information.
Account creation is optional and free of charge.
How to create an account
Enter the required items on the account creation page and press the [Register] button to complete registration.
After registration is complete, we will send a confirmation email to the registered email address.
Changing registration information
If there are changes to your registration information such as address, phone number, or email address, please update it yourself from the account page.
We are not responsible for delivery delays or non-arrival caused by incorrect information registration.
If I forgot my password
On the login page, please enter your registered email address from “Forgot Password.”
We will send you an email with a URL for resetting your password.
Sometimes it may be sorted into your spam mail folder, so please check.
Management of passwords and login information is the responsibility of the customer.
We are not responsible for unauthorized use by third parties.
Account deletion
If you want to delete your account, please send a form from “Account Deletion and Cancellation” in My Page.
After withdrawal is completed, member functions (such as order history confirmation) will no longer be available.
Note: If your order product has not arrived yet, please perform withdrawal procedures after receipt.
Also, even after withdrawal, there may be cases where information must be kept based on laws and regulations.

On this site, the following payment methods are available.
The displayed payment methods are automatically optimized according to the customer's country and environment.
Credit card payment
Visa / Mastercard / American Express / JCB / Diners Club / Discover
We accept major international brands.
PayPal
Customers who have a PayPal account can safely make payments via PayPal.
Depending on PayPal's settings, there may be restrictions on the payment currencies that can be used.
Apple Pay / Google Pay / Shop Pay
When using supported devices and browsers, the above-mentioned Wallet payment can be used.
Whether it is displayed or not is automatically determined by the device environment.
Payment methods for customers in Japan
The following payment methods are only available to customers in Japan.
They will not be displayed when accessed from overseas.

About payment fees
Credit card and PayPal payment fees are borne by our company.
However, if you choose bank transfer, the transfer fees will be borne by the customer.
About payment currencies
Product prices are basically set in Japanese Yen (JPY).
If viewed from overseas, the prices will be automatically converted and displayed in the local currency based on the exchange rate.
The displayed prices are approximate, and the final billing amount may slightly vary depending on the payment company or PayPal's exchange rate.
About preventing unauthorized use
To prevent unauthorized transactions, orders may be canceled based on the payment company's review results.
About delivery
About delivery carriers
Products on this site will be delivered through designated shipping companies within Japan and overseas.
For overseas delivery, Pegasus Global Express will select the most appropriate shipping company (FedEx/DHL/UPS, etc.) for each country automatically.
Customers cannot select the shipping company.
About delivery days
After your order, we will ship within 1 to 3 business days. (Excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays)
Depending on delivery status, weather, and traffic conditions, the arrival days may be delayed.
Domestic delivery
Domestic delivery within Japan will be made by the designated shipping method.
Please confirm shipping fees within the cart.
Overseas delivery (international shipping)
Overseas delivery is shipped DDU (customs duties, taxes, and handling fees are the customer's responsibility).
At the time of delivery, customs duties, VAT (value-added tax), and handling fees may be charged locally.
About customs duties and taxes
Customs duties and taxes vary by country’s laws.
We cannot notify the tax amount in advance.
Also, customs duties, taxes, and handling fees are the customer's responsibility.
If products are returned due to non-payment, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping and handling fees, which will be deducted from the refund amount accordingly.
About shipping to America (reference information)
In the United States, generally, imported goods with a total value of 800 USD or less are exempt from customs duties (de minimis).
However, the final judgment depends on customs, and we do not guarantee exemption.
About the delivery address
If the registered address is incorrect or incomplete and the product cannot be delivered, the customer will be responsible for the reshipping fee.
Please enter the correct address including street number, building name, apartment number, etc.
About delivery status after shipment
After shipment, we will notify you of the tracking number by email.
You can check the delivery status via the tracking service of each shipping company.
If the product is returned due to expired custody period, incorrect address, refusal of receipt, etc., the return shipping and handling fees will be the customer's responsibility.
About packaging
Products will be securely packaged for shipment; however, please understand there may be some scuffing or dents on the outer box during transportation.
If the product itself is damaged, please contact us within 7 days after arrival.
