A ring note made by turning a plant branch into a motif on washi paper, using brightly colored Tomoe paper.
Tomoe paper is dyed one sheet at a time by artisans in Kyoto workshops, giving it a unique texture and a sense of weight that cannot be reproduced by printing.
This series proposes the traditional technique in a new color scheme using old branches. The back features a silver foil stamping.
The ring shape is double ringed, allowing it to open smoothly to the back, and is also characterized by being easy to cut and separate neatly.
The size is a compact A5 size. It is convenient to carry and fits neatly even in small bags.
