Simple and Non-Fading Design of Tebukuroi

A design that turns the scenery of falling hail (arare) into a motif, easy to use regardless of gender or age.
It also has an atmosphere reminiscent of the steamed rice cracker “arare,” allowing you to incorporate a touch of Japanese charm into your everyday life without being too flashy.

Made from 100% silk material, it becomes softer and more gentle on your hands with each use. You can also feel the carefully crafted comfort on the skin.

A design usable by both men and women, easy to select as a present. It naturally fits in both Japanese-style and Western-style rooms, as well as with interior decor and clothing.
Traditional dyeing technique “Chusen” continuing from the Meiji era
Tebukuroi is made using the uniquely Japanese dyeing technique “Chusen (stencil dyeing),” which has been passed down since the Meiji period. By placing a resist paste and applying dye all at once, it can be used reversibly without lining.
Due to the handmade process, subtle “playfulness” appears in the colors and patterns, and the harmony changes the more you use it. Each piece grows into a unique presence with its own expression, becoming like a companion that grows brighter.
