About Order Cancellations

We cannot accept cancellations or changes to orders (products, quantities, shipping addresses, etc.) after the order has been confirmed.
Please confirm the size, quantity, and shipping information before finalizing your order.

About Product Returns and Exchanges

We only accept returns and exchanges in the following cases.

  • If damage or initial defects are confirmed during delivery
  • If a product different from the ordered item is delivered

Please contact us within 7 days after the product arrives, attaching photos that clearly show the damage or defects.
We cannot respond to requests beyond the deadline or for used products.

Cases Where Returns or Exchanges Cannot Be Accepted

The following cases are excluded from returns and exchanges.

  • Differences in image, size, or order mistakes
  • Damage or stains caused by customer use, storage, or washing
  • Coloring or manufacturing variations due to handmade processes (e.g., how the dye comes out, color, intensity)
  • Damage or scratches on outer packaging that occur during overseas shipping
  • Returns due to non-payment of customs duties or taxes
  • Returns due to refusal of receipt or long-term absence
  • Cases where more than 7 days have passed since product arrival

About Refund Methods

If a refund is applicable, only the product price will be refunded.
Shipping fees at the time of shipment, customs fees, shipping fees at the time of return, and payment processing fees are not refundable.

Refunds will be processed by the payment method you used.
Please note that due to processing times by financial institutions and payment companies, refunds may take several days to about 30 days to reflect.

About Returns and Refunds for Overseas Shipping

For overseas shipments, if products are returned due to missing address information, refusal of receipt, or non-payment of customs duties or taxes,
the customer will be responsible for the return shipping fee, handling fee, and customs fees, and these will be deducted from the refund amount.
If you wish to have the product resent, advance payment of additional shipping fees will be required.
